Terms and Conditions:

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as your agreement to follow and be bound by them. Do not use the site if you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may periodically change the terms and conditions, without notice. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check them from time to time. By making use of this website, you, the consumer, acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Shop and Account Information:

In order to purchase from our shop you will be required to complete our registration process. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to choose a password. Please keep this password secret, as it is entirely your responsibility to maintain its confidentiality, and we will not in any way be held accountable for any unlawful use of your profile. You are also responsible for all transactions that occur under your user name and password.

If any of your contact details have changed since the last time you ordered from us, kindly see to it that all of your account information is updated.  Venus will not accept liability for items couriered to delivery addresses incorrectly supplied by customers.  If you realize that you have supplied us with incorrect delivery or billing information, kindly contact us within 24 hours of order being placed on the site to notify us of the error, and we will do everything possible to ensure that the necessary corrections are made

Price and availability:

The consumer will be provided with a tax invoice, but as no VAT is charged, no VAT will be able to be claimed by the consumer. All prices exclude delivery costs.

While we make every effort to ensure that the prices and availability displayed in our shop are correct, we rely on our suppliers for accurate information. As a result, it is possible that from time to time incorrect prices may be displayed. In such cases, we will not be obliged to sell the product at the erroneous price, and will correct these prices as soon as we become aware of them.

Delivery:

Products on this site will be delivered only within the United States. We aim to process and send orders as quickly as possible after they are completed. Orders will usually take between 5 and 10 working days to reach you, although we will do our best to deliver your order sooner.

Delivery on orders over *** is free of charge. Orders under that amount will be charged according to area. All orders will be sent using UPS.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address specified on your order signed for the delivery. In the case of post office or depot collections, we need to prove that somebody, not necessarily you, collected the delivery from the depot or post office. Unfortunately, proof-of-delivery records cannot be retained indefinitely and if a delivery has been dispatched by us and not reported missing by you within six months of us having dispatched it, the package will be deemed to have been delivered without us having to provide proof of delivery.

Should a delivery be returned to us as undeliverable, we will let you know and request that you make arrangements to have the parcel collected or re-delivered. You authorize us to dispose of, in a manner that we see fit, the contents of parcels not collected within six months of such request being made. Additional courier fees in the above instance will be for the consumer’s account.

Should you receive a delivery where the contents of the package do not match the items listed on the dispatch note included in the package, you agree to notify us without delay. We will not be liable for shortages not reported within ten working days of you having received the package.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (because the items are unsafe, defective or of an unfit quality), we will happily refund your purchase. This right is enforceable for a period of ten working days, calculated from the date of the delivery of the items to the consumer. In this case, Venus will carry the costs of the couriers. Venus will also allow exchanges for the same monetary value in these cases.

Should the incorrect items be delivered to the customer, where they do not match the items listed on the invoice, shopvenusmedspa.com will return the incorrect items and deliver the correct items as soon as possible. The same will be done for faulty items that need replacing.

Should the customer want to exchange an item, the customer is responsible for returning the item to The Shop via our courier, Fast Way. The client will be billed for the courier’s fees to collect the unwanted item/s and deliver the newly ordered item/s.

Should you wish to cancel your order, it is required that you give us written notice within 10 working days of placing your order, or within 10 working days of receiving your goods. If you’ve already received your order, we will only refund these items for you providing the items have not been opened or damaged. Shopvenusmedspa.com will then refund this amount within 15 working days of receiving written notice from the client.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased on the site. They must be utilized within three years of date of purchase; thereafter they will become null and void.

Agreement of sale:

Placing a product in your cart does not constitute an order for that product and we cannot be held liable if the product is no longer available, or if the price has changed by the time the checkout process is completed. An agreement of sale comes into effect only when either a credit card authorization is received from the issuing bank, or a bank transfer is reflected on our bank statement.

Venus reserves the right to change prices at any time. From time to time we will run promotions on various items or product lines, and may offer selected customers store-wide discounts.  Unfortunately we cannot apply discounts retro-actively, so if you have placed an order and only thereafter received a discount code, or thereafter the product has gone on special, we will be unable to refund you the difference between the original purchase price and the discounted price.
